Community Support Services

Adult services specific to the treatment of major psychiatric disorders (such as schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, major depression, etc.)

Available services include:

Clinical Case Management for linkage with other needed resources, individual as well as group counseling, and skills training and community integration activities.

Nursing Services for medication administration, medication monitoring and training, and support to psychiatrist.

Psychiatric evaluations and medication prescription and monitoring via telepsychiatry.

Connections a place that offers social connectedness, skill enhancement, constructive use of leisure time, skill building, peer support and a sense of belonging for adults living with a mental health disorder.

Housing for single adults with serious and persistent mental illness including supervised, supported living & independent living options

IPS - (Individual Placement and Support) for eligible clients who need assistance with job seeking and job placement.

Recovery Support Services provided by one who has a personal experience of recovery and can provide unique insights to help others in their recovery process.

WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) development.

WHAM (Whole Health Action Management) groups

FIRST.IL LifeLinks providing a specialized treatment program that helps an individual experiencing a first episode of psychosis. Instills hope and quick engagement in the recovery process.
